In order to regulate the collection, processing and use of personal data so as to facilitate the proper use of personal data and to demonstrate its determination to protect personal rights and privacy, Ming Chuan University (hereinafter referred to as the University) has stipulated key management principles for personal data and privacy protection that meet the requirements of relevant laws and regulations to establish safe and trustworthy information services, ensure the implementation of relevant affairs, continue operations, lower the risk of improper disclosure of personal data, protect the rights of relevant personnel and to ensure that the University implements personal data protection and information security to uphold the University’s reputation and provide sustainable services.
